General Rules

1. All projects must be created primarily during the hackathon period (August 8, 16:00 UTC – August 10, 12:00 UTC). Pre‑existing projects are not allowed; however, you may use open‑source libraries, frameworks, and public APIs.

2. Teams must not exceed 5 members. Solo entries are welcome.

3. Any programming language, framework, or no‑code/low‑code tool is permitted as long as the final submission is a functioning digital prototype.

4. Submissions must include a public GitHub repository and a 2‑minute demo video. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

5. All submission materials must be in English.

6. Participants must be 13 years or older. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to participate.

7. You retain full ownership of your project and intellectual property. The hackathon organizers and sponsors claim no rights to your work.

• No discrimination, bullying, hate speech, or offensive content based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

• If you witness or experience any unacceptable behavior, report it immediately to organizers via the contact email listed on this page.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the hackathon and associated platforms without warning.

Judging

Projects will be evaluated by a panel of independent judges based on:

• Innovation (25%) – Is the idea original and creative?

• Technical Implementation (25%) – Does it work smoothly and is the code well‑structured?

• Design & User Experience (20%) – Is the product intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible?

• Impact (20%) – How meaningfully does it address a real‑world problem?

• Presentation (10%) – Is the demo video clear, concise, and compelling?

Judges’ decisions are final. Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony and contacted via Devpost messages.
